I’ve worked out of The 808 and had a really good experience. The space is clean, modern, and well organized, with a nice balance of quiet areas and flexible workspaces. The Wi-Fi is reliable, the conference rooms are easy to use, and the think pods are a great bonus for calls or focused work. Parking is secure and gated, and the workspace itself feels safe and comfortable. I also appreciated the music during the day. It adds a little energy without being distracting and helps the space feel welcoming. The overall vibe is professional but relaxed, with easy, natural opportunities to connect with other people. A dependable, comfortable place to work that feels well thought out and genuinely pleasant.

This office building has a versatile workspace with a gated entrance. The large open layout, combined with multiple conference rooms and a variety of office sizes, makes it especially useful. We've had large training groups, team meetings, and 1 on 1 conferences here. It's a mixed use of businesses and all the tenants are courteous and fun to be around. Great place to collaborate!

I really enjoy working at 808 Co-Working! The amenities are top-notch, the space is clean and modern, and it has everything I need to stay productive. I especially like the quiet booths. It’s also incredibly easy to access and centrally located, which makes it super convenient for meetings or quick errands between tasks. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a professional and comfortable workspace in Spokane.
