We hosted a couple of day meetings at this location and it has a clean warm enviroment with a great open community space with everything a working office requires. Ann and her staff are exceptional and attentive to every need. I liked it so much we have moved into one of the suites full time. Fast internet, conveinent downtown location and an owner who is welcoming and a delight to visit with.

This office is truly incredible. The space is inviting, clean, well decorated and overall has just a welcoming appeal to it. It is a safe haven in the middle of the hustle of downtown. Sheldon and Ann are awesome people who care and will help you out if you need anything. If you are looking for a workspace in the downtown area, look no further than Burbity.

My Spokane-based digital marketing agency recently moved to using Burbity's two coworking spaces at Sullivan Commons and also in downtown Spokane, and it's been a perfect fit for us. The downtown location, specifically, is centrally located and super accessible for team members living near the city center. Like other Burbity spaces, it is beautifully designed and comfortable. Our first week has been exceptional. Burbity Workspaces exceeded our expectations. The 309 W. 2nd location is perfect for our needs. Ann and Shelton have been great to work with. The space is clean, feature rich and parking too.
