Deceptive Billing practices. Charged a 580$ cleaning fee for an office I only walked into 3 time over a six month lease. Have paid 7 months of rent so far on a 6 month option. As they attempt to charge a 7th month to billing, because it’s outstanding. They are going to hold my 999$ retainer also. Worst place to rent in Spokane period. (Have Management contact me to resolve this )

Unfortunately my experience with Regus thus far has been disappointing. Upon touring, the space was nice and clean, which I really appreciated. However, I was only offered a monthly membership option for a private office. When I went online to pay my bill, I found a day-rate availability. At that time, even before moving in or anything, I was told I had no other option because I had already signed a contract for a monthly private office again. I had literally signed the contract five minutes prior and had not received any keys, any logins, or anything. Upon moving in, I entered the office that I chose after Rebecca was kind enough to show me several offices. The one I chose, I walked in and realized it wasn't going to be the right choice. I immediately, within ten minutes, walked out and exchanged keys for a new office. I had not moved anything, touched anything, and was not told that there would be an office-change fee of $500. However, I just received a monthly bill with an extra $500 charge. After disputing this with the office, I was told there is no one I can contact, no one above the local admin. I feel very misled, which is very unfortunate. We have few spaces in the Spokane area, and I was hoping this would be a great one, but they are definitely corporate and will do whatever they need to do to get the most money out of you.

I have mostly utilized the downtown Spokane offices . The offices are private, nicely decorated and perfect for my needs. The staff is exceptional, very accommodating, welcoming , supportive and efficient. The Valley location offices are sufficient, but not quite as “set up”, although the space is not as decorated, it still works. The staff has been very helpful , I appreciate having two locations to choose from.

REGUS is a great alternative for working from home because sometimes getting out of the house helps me be more productive. I have used this service for over a month now and have had a consistently positive experience. Receptionist has been continuously helpful and pleasant.
