MOST DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH PEOPLE AND COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE INTENSE DISPLEASURE OF MEETING IN MY ENTIRE LIFE 😡 Every time I think about my interaction with this company and its people, I feel sick to my stomach. Seriously, run, don't walk. These people aren't on your side. They just put on a show of being accommodating while taking your money. Serious used car salesman vibes. If it's a tossup between what's fair and right and what's profitable, my experience with this location has consistently shown me that this company and its people always picks the latter. They also purposely tried to hide my review on Google Maps. Be prepared for your invoices to be show charges for months in advance. When confronted about this, their customer support somehow thinks this is not only justifiable, but also a completely reasonable business practice. Terminating a membership is a huge hassle intentionally made difficult so they can keep charging you money. I recommend looking at the low ratings across other Regus locations. FYI: Maybe this place is fancier looking on the outside compared to the others, but rest assured that it's all a veneer. I discovered it's also apparently common practice across Regus locations - seemingly harmless things like a kitchen amenity charge incorrectly tacked on to your invoice, without your consent. If there's a pattern, that looks like damning evidence of less-than-honest business practices to me: Regus has set up their services in such a way that apart from the in-your-face upsell they do (which, conveniently, as soon as they take your money, if you have any issues, the sales reps tell you IT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM and have you reach out to customer support... who, as we have covered, are directed to fight against you in the interest of the company). This is against the commitment of transparency and support they promised me at the beginning of the relationship. They have made no effort to resolve the problem, instead making repeated attempts hide behind their "policies". Thought this company sucked and the location team was cool at first, but after this experience and in the aftermath, all I can say? Y'ALL CAN GET ROCKED.

I have been a tenant at Regus since April of 2023. The community manager, Sigard Blandford Jr., has been vital in my experience. Sigard repeatedly helped me with internet connections and making my work space perfect. When I had an injury and was unable to come in for several months, Sigard took care of my work space and ensured I had a great space to return to. I appreciate Sigard making this space feel like a 'real' office, not a temporary work space. Rebecca Tatlow

  • At WA, Seattle - Seattle City, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.
