A great space to work. Centrally located and accessible to the U-District. The tenants are friendly and the managers of the building are warm and helpful with any needs which may arise.

I've worked at the University Business Center for nearly 4 years now in 2 different sunny offices, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The place is run by wonderful humans who are not only responsive and easy to connect with, but who you'll actually see in the halls, at the front desk, in the break room, or stopping by your door to say hi. They're always ready for a good conversation or laugh (hence the comics in the break room). There are quarterly parties and get-togethers, and the halls feature rotating works from local artists that you can purchase. The building attracts kindhearted, interesting local businesses, and I've made friends here that will last a lifetime.

I am thrilled to leave a five-star review for the University Business Center. The service and amenities here have truly exceeded my expectations, making it the perfect professional home for my business. The staff (huge shout out to Teresa!) is wonderful to work with, and the support and encouragement I have gotten to create my own space, grow my business and network with others in similar fields has been wonderful. The location is incredibly convenient for my clients. Easy access and good transport links and parking options mean fewer hassles for anyone visiting my office (plus the proximity to Trader Joe's is a major bonus!). I highly recommend The University Business Center for any professional or small business looking for an office solution. I also love that the center supports artists and has a rotating gallery that highlights many wonderful designers and creators!

I’ve been renting an office at the University Business Center just one day a week, but from the very beginning I’ve felt completely comfortable, supported, and welcomed. Everyone I’ve met here — from the staff to the other tenants — has been so kind and friendly. I also love that they regularly feature local artists and display their work in the hallways; it gives the place such a creative and inspiring atmosphere. The building has everything you could possibly need, but most importantly, it has a great, inviting vibe that makes you look forward to coming in. It is so conveniently located and the Venezuelan restaurant downstairs is amazing.
