Upon entering one of our private offices, you are met with tons of natural light from the operable steel windows that provide a look outward to the City or inward to the private Courtyard. All suites have independently controlled HVAC and soaring ceiling heights above 9ft. Seamlessly schedule on-floor meeting space for your breakout sessions or hop into a phone booth for a call away from the team. Private offices start at $1,500 month. We have a few unique spaces to fit your growing business. These offices can support up to 24 people. If bigger is better, we can also get creative through combining multiple office spaces under one coterminous agreement.

We've had an office location at the Labour Temple since 2022-2023, and we absolutely love it. In fact, I will be signing another lease for a second office space here soon! The overall asthetic and layout is fantastic. Aside from the luxe art deco design, the building is well-maintained, professional, and very welcoming. The amenities are excellent (personal gym, showers, suana, lockers, bike storage, podcast studio, and the best snacks) and make it easy for our team to work efficiently and comfortably. What truly sets the Labour Temple apart, however, is the sense of community and culture. The building is filled with creatives, entreprenuers, and socially conscious organizations who truley care about their work and support one another, creating an atmosphere that is both collaborative and inspiring. Everyone on staff is amaziing. From maintenance to management to the owners, and everyone in between, the Labour Temple staff is responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making the building a great place to work or host an event. And the coffee shop, Bon Homie? Quite possible the best cup pf coffee in all of Seattle. We couldn't be happier with our decision to locate our office here and we plan to stay here for years to come. I would highly recommend the Labour Temple to anyone looking for a unique professional office setting or co-working space with a strong sense of community. Highly recommended!

I held a corporate event in the Reading Room and the space is beautiful!! The team at Labour Temple was wonderful to work with - extremely responsive and accommodating. I will absolutely be hosting more events in this building in the future!
