To find us, the parking garage is located at 401 Union St. Once parked, come to the grand hall on the 2nd floor (main lobby of the building), go past Fonte café and the piano and follow the signage to the 400 University Security Desk and the Industrious banner. Go beyond the security desk on the right and press 3 on the elevators, where you'll end up in our main Industrious space.

I had a lovely experience at Industrious Seattle for a rooftop Pilates and charm bar event, and the space was absolutely perfect. The rooftop setting was beautiful, the atmosphere was elevated yet welcoming, and it made such a fun and unique backdrop for a wellness event. I especially loved how versatile the space felt. It’s the kind of venue that can effortlessly bring together movement, community, and a great social experience. I would absolutely love to host a Crunch & Brunch event here in the future. Such a beautiful space for bringing people together!

Update June 2026: I am happy to share that my team and I have had continued to have an exceptional experience at Industrious 400U. Thank you to Chester & Team for creating a wonderfully welcoming workspace! --------- We had our team retreat day at Industrious and couldn't have had a better experience. Chester and his team made the experience seamless with an easy booking process, a warm welcome, and excellent customer service throughout the day. The amenities and perks- such as city views, snacks, beverages, etc- made it an even better day (plus super friendly tenants and great conversations in passing). Based on this experience I would definitely use Industrious at 400U again.
