ICS works really well for our lifestyle and business, we find the service to be phenomenal! It's better than just a PO box or UPS box because you can register this as your personal business address which is great if you have an online business. The owners and office administrator have always kind to us and our pets. We can see our mail when it's delivered, get it scanned or sent to us wherever we are in the country for a very reasonable price. We know our packages are safe when we can't pick them up immediately. I've never had a problem dropping in to pickup my mail during business hours. We love coming in to use the cozy office space, get a cup of coffee and use their fast internet. I felt compelled to write a review after seeing some negative ones, those are likely outlying situations because overall ICS has been very reliable service over the 3 years we've been with them.

Be warned, if you start services with this place and attempt to cancel, good luck reaching someone if you are not able to go physically to cancel. It is as if they purposely avoid canceling the charges. They screen their phone calls and it takes days to reach them if you ever reach anyone at all. Then you'll get disconnected to which they will immediately avoid answering the phones after if they know you're calling to discontinue services. There are other alternatives, do your research.

We use them for our virtual mailbox and love the service. Although they cost a little more than the 100% virtual option, I like that we can receive packages and not only mail. You have the option to stop by to pick up the mail or have them mail it to you for an additional cost. Their staff is polite, respectful and always willing to help. Overall, great value!

I have been using this company for my business for almost a year. Never been a piece of mail that I wasn't informed of. They send me an email to let me know I have mail. They accept all your packages. It's so much safer than having anything delivered to my residence. I haven't had a reason to use the conference rooms yet, so I can't account to that. But I can say that my experience thus far has been fantastic!!
