I have had a great experience renting a unit for my tattoo business from Activspace at the Zoo. Nathan, the building manager, was always very helpful and friendly getting me all set up and if any minor issues were to arise during my time renting. Overall I would recommend renting from Activspace if you need affordable studio space in Seattle. Something that is becoming very hard to come by in this city. Thanks Activspace! My unit was on the fourth floor and had very nice 12ft ceiling which was awesome. Get one of those if you can!

While I was only at ActivSpace for 6 months and had to terminate my lease due to life circumstances, I couldn’t have had a better experience at the facility and especially with Nathan, the manager. He was very kind and accommodating throughout the whole move in process and everything was made clear. During move out, Nathan was very accommodating and helpful and I had a very smooth experience with no hitches. Overall I felt very welcomed by the community and the pricing on my unit was very fair. If I ever start up my business again, I know I am going back to ActivSpace.

Just rented studio space in the building and took up residence two weeks ago.The building and grounds are clean and well-kept, the manager is incredibly helpful and kind and I couldn’t be happier.

He’s warm friendly and very helpful. Sign up was easy and straightforward and he even helped me move in! He’s stellar. I’m super happy thus far and excited to be part of the community.
