No good parking, seems like this is mainly an office for those in the apartments. They don't answer the phone and no one is there to welcome you and help you get started and sign up for a membership. Roosevelt is a busy street and difficult to drive around with pedestrians, bikers, cars and busses all over the place. I guess if you can take public transport or bike there, and if you could get signed up for a membership, it could be ok.

Update: The workloft staff was very receptive to feedback and worked on making adjustments across the board. The experience is already significantly improved with little snacks and I hear they updated the onboarding process as well. Still no soundproof spaces. Updating my review accordingly. -- I'm signed up for a month but cannot currently recommend this place. Seems like they're still growing and smoothing over some bumps. Generally a comfortable and lovely work space. Currently tons of available floating desks and phone booth options throughout the week. People are lovely. The phone booths are not entirely sound proof. The sign up process is rough: They make you use the apartment application process and do a soft pull of your credit. There are $40 in hidden fees at the outset that you should be aware of ($20 application, $20 fob rental). The promise of coffee is an oversell. There is a drip machine and not much else. There's no tea, no decaf, no creamer nor basic milk options... so prepare to go to Armistice next door (and then wonder to yourself why you're not working in this equally lovely, more social spot!). There are no basics yet in the coworking space like sparkling water nor snacks in the kitchenette. There is a little fridge if you bring your own snacks. The parking across the street is also pricey. So take this into consideration when evaluating the price--it's definitely overpriced for what they currently offer. Hopeful they'll level up and smooth out the bumps soon. There's lots of natural light and it would be fun to grow the community in the space!

Cozy little workloft for those in the Roosevelt area that want to work from home or avoid the commute down to SLU and downtown. Contains all the expected amenities such as desk spaces, lockers, a kitchenette, privacy rooms, printer, small conference room with a television, and so much natural light. Various seating arrangements besides traditional desks include booths, hightop benches, and a cozy couch. This place is also adjacent to the fantastic Armistice coffee roasters.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
-
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Seven Starlings Workloft, who is more than happy to help out.
-
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
