Saltbox has been fantastic, we have been here for 2 years and it has fit our needs nearly perfectly. We were able to grow our business and they grew with us, accommodating larger spaces and more help when needed with deliveries. We work in construction and have large heavy equipment. Having a loading dock that is supported by building staff was crucial to our success and ability to manage the business without having to hire a warehouse manager. Krystle has always provided excellent customer service as have all of her team members.

Rent increases high, unstable management - changed 5x in 3 years, dusty, get everything in writing as they will play that card all day long when it benefits them….but hot in summer, cold in winter, recent 3 day sewage mess, lack of parking, kids welcome - unfortunately it’s when they are sick or when fall, winter, spring and summer breaks happen - screaming, crying, yelling, running, just loud. Non employee temps have complete access to your suite to deliver mail - no knock just unlock and walk in, loud - very poor sound barriers, mailing supplies poor, xerox and internet slow, broken, down or just working, little support from executive or regional offices - they pass the buck quicker than I have ever experienced. The list could go on and on. Biggest suggestion other than look elsewhere - get everything in writing - as promises said are washed away with time or new management.
