These rooms they rent are complete trash. None of the are insulated whatsoever, air blows all around the baseboards. Moisture is heavy due to lack of insulation. The tenants blast their music as soon as the main office employees leave. Some smoke weed inside the units. Overall pricing is pretty high for what you get. You must pay $30 per month to have water available in your room and pay to have the plumbing done. No AC anywhere. If you can, just get a storefront! I wish I could put zero stars. Tattooing and other surgical procedures are done regularly by tenants, which is a big no no as stated by the health department.
