What a luck that that this place is in my neighborhood! As a small business owner, I try to be efficient with my time and money, and also have the best environment for myself and my clients. Thinkspace in Redmond fits the bill and more. First of all, Katie Brown, at the front desk, is extraordinary. She is kind, organized, cheerful and knowledgeable. A perfect hire! She always greets me by my name with a smile and asks about my work or kids or weekend. She goes out of her way to connect and make me feel at home, which is especially nice because I am currently a virtual client. Katie runs the office smoothly and goes the extra mile to help me so I can help my clients best. Katie is especially good at greeting my clients and helping them feel comfortable, offering them beverages and welcoming them. My clients are from various cultures and countries and she always finds a small way to connect, taking the time to acknowledge them and put them at ease. My clients also tell me that they like my office and that it is “so nice…better than the last one.” Lol. In addition, the other desk team members are fun and easy to chat with and get help from. Abby and KB are always willing and able to assist me. They always make time to invite me to events at the building and include me. I love that this space is committed to building community. Thank you Katie, Abby, and KB! Peter ( the owner) is so lucky to have you. Good employees that care about your business and your brand are priceless. Raises are in order! Thanks again! Meena

My company has been here for over a year now. It’s a great building, especially for small businesses and startups. Always events going on like waffles Wednesdays. Conference rooms are easy to come by too.

Recently I sold my business after 32 years and opened up an office at Thinkspace in Redmond. I have been in the customer facing business my entire career and due to the professional and friendliness of the front desk my transition to retirement has been 1st rate. A special shout out to Katie who seems to steer the celebrations, to include food and awesome decorations. Amy and KB do a wonderful job as well. A credit to management to hire and maintain such a wonderful staff.
