Do NOT lease or rent space from this company. Among issues: they up their pricing by 20% yearly; renew those contracts 3 months prior automatically; and also change the terms of their contracts while they're ongoing. Their response? "These are agreements, not contracts." That is incorrect, but they don't care. They will give you access to amenities when you begin your term, but will charge for these midway without notice. They also outsource phones, etc., to a company that the client cannot contact or change terms with. Then they RAISE those rates. Regus is a huge corporation, with corporate structure so disjointed that it makes them extremely difficult to pursue litigation. They don't care either way. Their HQ is listed as in Texas, but they are incorporated in the Phillipines, it appears. You cannot contact ANYONE in this company outside of the front desk worker and any issue that you have they just say "start a complaint ticket." Those tickets are not answered. This place is a NIGHTMARE. Stay away at all costs. The small businesses that operate out of this building are victims to Regus' predatory and illegal business practices, and are in no way a part of this review.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will ALWAYS charge you $5.75 PER SQUARE FOOT CLEANING FEE $650 for 100 sq feet including taxes. Not in the contract sneakily shoved in house rules. We used the office maybe 7 days out of the month. Never again.

Terrible company, extremely aggressive billing tactics and borderline deceptive. Contract auto renews 3 months before end of term, not only do they charge extra for everything like coffee, they automatically upsell you without asking into unlimited coffee and premium internet. I was billed for an extra month than what was explained by the sales person all due within a week of signing before I could move in. And they immediately begin to escalate and threaten with automated emails. Realizing I made a terrible mistake working with these crooks I tried to get out before moving in and it’s not possible, I’m on the hook for the full term. To avoid going to collections I begrudgingly paid and the next day I still got an overdue payment notice. The office itself is a windowless broom closet they try to charge 900/mo list but was able to get them down to 500/mo. Still overpriced imo but would have been fine with it had they not charged me for an extra month and auto subscribed me to things I didnt ask for! Why even do this??? This company hates its customers, and treats them like cattle. I can’t believe they have any positive reviews. STAY AWAY.

Addie was so amazing! She explained everything very well and answered all my questions. Was so flexible with me. Went out of her way to customize a solution just for me. Very responsive through email. I felt very supported. The membership is amazing because you can reserve an office space in virtually any major U.S. city at an affordable rate. Highly recommend!
