Seeing the person I was meeting with: outstanding. Clean, spacious restrooms, quiet area. Easy to find offices. As a handicapped person, I was bewildered by the handicap parking being as far away as possible from the elevators. I wonder if that can be changed. I could park near the elevators, but I need the extra room that a handicap parking space offers.

Very unprofessional management of this building. Some tenants are very disruptive and break rules, but only some tenants are held to those standards. We were in trouble for our dog being off leash (we were holding him, not letting him run around) and then later we see one tenant with his little dog off leash in the building, and the manager (same one that got after us) picks up the dog and loves on it without mentioning that the dog is off leash. THEN we keep seeing this guy everywhere with the dog off leash, even see the dog running into the parkinglot on occasion. Clearly he's not getting in trouble. Very little fairness here. And that's just the beginning of the issues we see daily.

I have been a very satisfied tenant of Creative Workspace in Lynnwood since 2019 and through all these years anytime I've needed any help, had questions or concerns, their landlady, Tirzah, has ALWAYS been there for me! She is beyond amazing! She is extremely quick with her replies on email, efficient with every request, super knowledgeable with any questions, really courteous yet professional and always has a pretty smile. If you decide to rent any of their beautiful spaces from them you will be treated exceptionally well by Tirzah. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
