We had same problems as Anna review with this location as mixing mailings between companies and missing important mailing. Update: I did send a ticket and spoke with someone over the phone and nothing.

Regus is a horrible, unethical business, and the spaces are terrible. If you get stuck next to an exterior door, you can enjoy the sound of a door constantly slamming closed throughout the entire day. They don’t provide a visitor badge to let yourself in, so I occasionally get stuck outside waiting for the host to return. They also changed my access after I signed a 1 month contract and told me it would cost an additional $130 per month to use provide me the access I signed up for. They are not reasonable and make it impossible to contact anyone with any authority to resolve problems they create. There are many reasons why they are desperate to sell spaces and have low occupancy.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • At Regus - Kirkland - Corporate Center, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience Regus - Kirkland - Corporate Center and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
