Parking sucks. Not enough and lots of narrow spaces. Building elevator is painfully slow - take the stairs if you value your time.

Great affordable space for small businesses. Close to trails, Gilman village and I-90. Well maintained and pleasant ambience. Parking can get a bit tight though.
