DON'T RENT HERE They terminate contracts same day without any notice.
Unique working space, my visit wasn't noteworthy but no issues either
I work from home and my power was out, I needed a closed office space for multiple conference calls and I needed it quickly. The Manager could not have been more accommodating or the space more pleasant. I recommend to anyone looking for office space with a clean and contemporary aesthetic in a revitalized building, or if you are just traveling through the Dayton area and need a comfortable temp working environment, this is a gem.
Excellent collaborative location to hold our classes. Facilities and security are excellent.
Amazing place for anyone looking for a professional co-working space with all the amenities one could ask for. Extremely high-speed internet and the air conditioning is a plus for me! The Community Manager Dana is extremely hands-on, friendly, and accommodating I highly recommend Genuine Work!

Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
