Great office workspace, free wifi and parking. Very efficient check-in. Would recommend Regus - Bothell.

I have rented an office space at Kirkland and now rent one at Bothell. They are extremely poorly managed. I have a signed renewal contract on my current office space yet I am forced to evacuate or move offices (which are lower sizes than the space I currently rent). There has been no attempt to remedy the situation, they made it sound it was my fault, and my repeated calls to the HQ are either disconnected or redirected. Stay away from this property. Update (Oct 28 '25) No one emailed/spoke to me about the issue after multiple calls, rather at 5:07 today, they sent me a congratulations email saying my contract has been renewed with an increased price than what I had signed on initially. It's horrendous how you conduct your business. I wish I had known before.

I'm a newbie renting a virtual office with Regus here at the Bothell-Canyon Park location (2 months). I'm giving two stars because the staff at the front desk are always very professional and helpful. Also, the common area is neat and clean. However, my concern is the lack of response from the managing staff. When I first signed on with Regus, I wanted to try out the service to see if it would be a good fit for a viable source to run my small business from a virtual office with great customer service at the forefront of your service offerings. I'm having second thoughts at this point, as I've left 3 messages with the location manager with no response. I needed to reach someone because I received multiple invoices & have a question about billing after my payment was declined on Regus' end after I attempted to pay one invoice. I would also like to add that when I first signed on with Regus, I received immediate attention with my inquiry. Now, I've searched the Internet and called multiple numbers, which loop me back to the location manager, who doesn't answer the phone or return my call; a message was left on 3 different occasions. In the meantime, I'm getting emails informing me that my payment is past due, and I'm at risk of having a restriction placed on my access to the office. I just needed clarification on what to pay since I received two invoices and tried to pay one. Now, my greater concern as a small business owner is that this lack of customer service could affect my bottom line. So, I will have to rethink whether or not I will continue my relationship with the Regus Bothell location. Update to my previous review: I want to thank Justin for contacting me & resolving the issues discussed in my previous review. He was very professional and apologetic! I only gave two stars in my previous review. I'm upgrading the stars to four because Justin made it right! No one is perfect; we all make mistakes. I appreciate Regus-Bothell and more specifically, Justin for clearing up the confusion & rectifying the discrepancies. Thank you Justin!
