Leaving a review here, as well as the local office. Making an appointment is a nightmare (i was yelled at because I was transferred to the wrong person), their website is horrible, & multiple appointments to determine they can't help you. The second appointment was to go over everything that was apparently lost in the first appointment. They take your payment info before you see anyone so they can just take whatever money they want from your account. No bill, no explanation, no breakdown of what they're charging. Also, even though they take your insurance info, they won't submit your claim. Do not go to this place, they only want your money. I've called & emailed numerous times with no response. They do not respond because they do not care. I've since reported to the BBB, state medical board, and their corporate leaders. Still waiting...

93% of trustpilot reviews were 1 star out of 5. They keep your credit card on file so they basically have a perpetual blank check on your bank account & they control what they take, not you. You'd be hard pressed to find a client who didn't have a payment issue with them. Users say this company gobbled up a lot mental health facilities so they're in the "operator" category. Lots of work into making website pretty, lots of locations, terrible delivery of services coupled with billing headaches. Beware!

As a veteran, their billing is the worst. You will have a referral but their billing will never bill the insurance and leave you with the bill. Leave messages and try to call daily sometimes. Their billing department never answers or will never return a call and no one at the office can help with billing issues. National community care can not even get ahold of them. I would recommend using any other company or service. It is ashamed because I liked the doctor but the company is terrible. Veterans get your care somewhere else.

I have never been a customer or patient of Lifestance health! However I receive text messages from them to someone named Grace on an almost weekly basis. Color me fed up.

This business should be ashamed. They claim they are a non-profit and their mission is to help with mental health, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. They have caused me more mental anguish than I can even express. The place where I was receiving mental health services for 3 years got bought out by Lifestance in 2021. Ever since then, the entire place has been a disaster filled with miscommunication and billing issues for every patient. On multiple occasions, they have messed up my charges and then said “oh it was a glitch, everyone’s account got messed up!” or “oh that’s insurance’s fault, not ours” (when it was clearly an error from Lifestance’s end) and then partially fix it, but still leave me with unexplained charges. The last time they did this was in October. They charged me $1,600 after not having a balance at all, and then said it was glitch and they would take it off. They then changed it to $300. Any time I try to contact a billing person to get some answers, I never get anywhere. I was just on hold for an hour with the billing department, never heard from a live person. This company is a scam, and all they are after is your money. I am making it my mission to prevent anyone from having to go through what I have for the last year and half. Please save yourselves the time and energy and go literally anywhere else.
