"I’ve been using the Regus Remond/Bellevue (Bellevue Technology Center) for over a year, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The location is incredible, situated right in the tech corridor between Bellevue and Redmond, making it extremely convenient to meet with clients in the local tech market. The location features a beautiful park-like setting and offers a great, calm environment to focus. The offices are modern, filled with natural light, and the on-site coffee bar and kitchenette are great perks for keeping the team energized. The staff are highly professional, friendly, and always ready to help with logistical needs. I Highly recommend this coworking space to any professional, freelancer, or growing business looking for a premium workspace in the Eastside!"

After 4 years at this facility, I cannot recommend it—or Regus in general. What Works - Prime location with an appealing surrounding environment - Well-designed individual offices that look professional - Ample free parking (though front desk staff regularly occupy visitor spaces) Critical Issues: ---------------------- Service & Support Failures: Internet connectivity remains unresolved after 4 years. My wired connection is unstable with speeds as low as 1 Mbps—a critical issue for any office tenant. Despite multiple requests, I've never spoken with a technician or received a status update. Everything funnels through the front desk, where constant staff turnover means follow-ups disappear. I was forced to install WiFi cards just to make my workstation functional. Staff Turnover & Inconsistency: Personnel changes every quarter, with departing staff citing inadequate pay. This constant turnover directly impacts service quality and accountability. Billing Disputes Without Resolution: I formally contested an invoice I believe is abusive—both in person and online. I received no response, only late payment fees, despite the contract explicitly stating contested invoices are not due. This is unacceptable. Aggressive Price Increases: Rent has increased approximately 30% over 4 years—and that's after negotiating at the 2-year renewal (the initial demand was 50%). At lease renewal at the end of the 4th year, they demanded an additional 25% increase. Neglected Building Maintenance: A lobby/kitchen water leak took over 6 months to repair. Kitchen furniture remains broken beyond use (see picture taken in the lobby's kitchen) , and you'll struggle to find even basic utensils like a fork. Bottom Line: While potentially adequate for short-term needs, IWG/Regus lacks the reliability and professionalism expected of a trusted corporate partner. Long-term commitments come with significant frustration and cost escalation.

Front desk team is great. Very friendly and always say hello/goodbye and have been responsive when I have reported issues. My rating above is reflective of the facility and lack of response by upper levels of Regus facilities management. That being said, the issues I have reported pertaining to the coffee machine and refrigerator on the 3rd floor at the Bellevue/Redmond facility have not been dealt with well, either at all or VERY delayed. It took over a month for the coffee machine to be fixed. The refrigerator/freezer is going on 4 months without being addressed other than a sign stating that it is out of order and to use the one on an other floor. This is unacceptable. I have also reported this through my manager and he has attempted to escalate the situation. If it can’t be fixed, REPLACE IT! I also highly doubt it can be repaired and disinfected to a satisfactory level. Again, unacceptable

This is an amazing location to operate your business from. Beautiful setting, and exceptionally professional/friendly staff that will make sure that your logistical business needs are met and your visitors welcomed. A special shout out to Savannah and Oliver for their unwavering commitment and support to Rivet Industies Inc. and making the work office feel like a second home! We couldn't have been as successful so far without you!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
