5 stars! Our firm has been a tenant in this space for the past 2+ years. The building is very well maintained and surrounded by gorgeous nature trails. Olivia is professional, attentive, and quick to address our needs. She's a delight to see every day!

Regus / IWG is not a good company to work with. They charge so much for their virtual office (just using their business address and for mail pick up) and now they will be charging $9 for the store and collect Services. It's complete robbery. I am looking forward to my contract ending with Regus and will NOT BE renewing with them. I would recommend staying away.

I was incorrectly charged a late fee even though Regus’s own system sent me two emails on the same day — one reminding me to pay and another confirming that the payment was successfully processed. There was no indication that any balance remained due. When I raised the issue, their support team responded dismissively and clearly didn’t even read my emails or screenshots. This is a system error on Regus’s side, not a customer mistake. It’s unacceptable to charge customers late fees due to internal processing delays and confusing automated messages. I’ve been polite and patient, but if this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll have to escalate further. Very disappointing experience for what should have been a straightforward billing issue.
