Loved this co-working space, as it has great coffee and drinks, snacks, kitchen with microwaves and utensils to prep food. Beautifully decorated, nice rooms with windows or privacy shades. Great location downtown. Friendly front desk.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of response from Industrious regarding an unauthorized ACH withdrawal taken from my business account. It has now been over a week since I reported the issue, and despite being told their legal team would contact me, no one has reached out. For reference, I have a Seattle Police report, a CFPB complaint, and an FTC fraud report filed for this matter, and I have provided all documentation to Industrious multiple times. I have not received any update, acknowledgment, or follow-up from their team. I expected a much more responsible and communicative approach, especially from a company handling financial transactions. I hope this review prompts someone at Industrious to finally address this situation.
