The HUB Co.Works is a meeting, event, office, and co-working space located in downtown Rutland, Vermont. Created in 2023 by repurposing an early 20th century opera house, the space features 80 co-working hot desks that can be used by purchasing day or monthly passes. We have many dedicated desks available as well, many with monitors and HDMI cables for use with your laptops. We have five private ZOOM rooms to make and take calls, three private day offices, four tech-enabled conference meeting rooms, and a professional-quality podcasting studio to help influencers and businesses promote their brand. We provide members and guests with free Vermont Pure Spring Water, Green Mountain Roasters Coffee, and hot Twining's Organic Teas.
The HUB Co.Works is conveniently located near coffee shops, retail shopping, fine and casual dining options, and and inexpensive public parking. We have agreements with many restaurants that can provide in-house meals for meetings, seminars, and special events.
The HUB Co.Works is located on the second floor of the Opera House in downtown Rutland, Vermont. There is an elevator located on the ground level for those needing it. The open staircase is clearly marked to access the second floor entrance. Members with a membership or reservation can use the iPAD to log into our Office RnD system to let us know that you are here. Day-pass members can find a desk of their choice in the Opera House co-working side of the building. Many of the spaces have a large screen-monitor and HDMI cable for use while you are here. The building is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
