A great place to get work done: Beautifully renovated space, temperate control, and lots of seating. Nearby market, library, and ballpark with a network of sidewalks — great for work breaks.

This morning I had the pleasure of creating prints on a press with the guidance of Christa and her husband, Brendan. The brick store, which they have painstakingly renovated, is stunning and smells of bright ginger. Care has been put into all details and floor to ceiling charm greets you upon entry. The press itself breathes with each print. In this workshop I took home 15 unique cards, one larger print and three envelopes with wax seals. It was a joy to learn and Christa effortlessly taught a group of happy women her craft. Thank you for such a lovely morning! —Heather, ED Shelburne Craft School

I'm working remotely while visiting family in VT and needed space for a day to focus on my work without distractions and stumbled upon The Brick Store! The owner has done a fantastic job renovating the space in such a way to honor the historical aspects of the building, but brings a comforting modern/farmhouse feel to the space. It's gorgeously decorated with everything you could possibly need to work remotely (plenty of outlets, super fast wifi, tables to spread out on, comfy chairs, tea/coffee, fridge, microwave, etc). Very easy to access as well with plenty of parking across the road. I would highly recommend this space for anyone needing some dedicated working space or a location for special events. The balance of historic and modern makes for a lovely productive oasis in the middle of farm land Franklin County.

I can’t believe a place this amazing exists in a small Vermont town!! I can’t get over how gorgeous the space is and perfect for working for just the day or long-term. I’ve struggled to work from home when visiting family here for years and The Brick Store is a game changer

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
