Regus scams and just wants to bait you into locking a lease I was working with Caroline and she said I was allowed to talk on the phone in the cubicle working spaces. Basically that was a lie she was trying to lock in in a contract before I even saw the place and had a clear list of rules for talking on the phone. When I finally just met with the dude that runs the front desk to see the spot he told me if someone asks me to stop talking on the phone I had to stop so Caroline was just trying to bait me into locking in something that wouldn’t work. When I called her Friday and told her this I asked for other leases or places that would work but she just hung up on me. Don’t rent here overpriced and they just wanna trap you in a lease to screw you over

Where to begin, Regus is a SCAM... 1. Signed up for Virtual Office online months ago 2. No-one onboarded me, i tried over and over. Very awful communication, no-one to call or speak to 3. I visited the office, boxes stacked up everywhere, no attendant, no anything - looked fake!!! Dirty, dead, and looked like a storage unit 4. I called Regional and they apologized, said they would refund me for what I had already paid 5. NOPE!!! Still getting charged, and everytime I call this office, no-one is there 6. I have called now maybe 5 phone numbers, sent countless emails 7. Yesterday - of course, got charged TWICE!!! I want this company to refund all my money and stop forcing unlawful charges IF THIS DOESN'T SHOW YOU THE ETHICS OF REGUS, WHAT WILL?

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Regus - Virginia Beach - Constitution Dr operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
