I am currently a client at Regus in the Tysons Corner Towers Crescent location, and I have been consistently disappointed by the level of professionalism demonstrated by the on-site staff. In particular, the conduct of the sales representative, Nick, raises serious concerns. His tendency to speak disparagingly about clients and prospective clients—often loudly and within earshot in the main reception area—creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. This type of behavior is not aligned with the standards one would expect in a business center designed to support professional image and client interactions. Additionally, the customer service experience at the front desk has been equally unsatisfactory. The receptionist, Eden, frequently communicates in a manner that comes across as abrupt and discourteous. Basic inquiries are often met with a tone that feels rude or dismissive rather than helpful, which detracts significantly from the overall client experience. For businesses that prioritize professionalism and wish to provide their clients with a welcoming and polished first impression, this location probably won’t meet expectations.

Very unprofessional. They will not return your deposit and do not answer phone calls. Look at the emails they sent to us. Stay away — nasty company. On top of that, two months have passed and the deposit has still not been returned, even though their website clearly states it should be refunded within 30 days. Almost five days passed with no response at all, just excuses and empty talk. We invested over $10,000 for one small room. This office space turned out to be one of the biggest scams in the office rental business. I will share screenshots so everyone can clearly see and understand the situation.

Stay AWAY!!!!!! We changed office locations because working with this place became exhausting. Unclear charges, slow responses, and no accountability created unnecessary stress. A business workspace should make things easier, not harder. The front desk staff tried to help, but overall management issues forced us to move on.

This location needs serious improvement. After leaving the office, issues continued instead of being resolved. Communication was unclear, responses were slow, and there was no sense of accountability.

This location seriously needs to improve how it handles move-outs and billing. What should have been a simple process turned into weeks of back-and-forth with no clear answers. Communication was slow, confusing, and frustrating. It felt like no one took responsibility. Front desk staff were professional, but beyond that, the experience was unacceptable. I would think twice before signing a contract here.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience Regus - Vienna - Towers Crescent and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.
