Showed up for my 1:30 p.m. MRI at 12:45. At 1:20, I was told the MRI machine overheated and I needed to reschedule my appointment. I was told that sometimes happens when the machine is used for back-to-back appointments.

I’m so sorry to leave this review because my physician is amazing, but I simply can’t in good conscience recommend this location for MRI. I come from a healthcare background and I’ve also had many MRI’s over the years. Major red flags at this location. Trust me. Go elsewhere. One star for decent communication regarding my appointment and pre authorization needed from my insurance. Everything else was awful and I genuinely feel for anyone doing their first MRI here. They did have an open MRI, and for that I was grateful.

Called three days in a row - no one ever answers and the no one ever returns a phone a call!!! To bad the practice and my doc is amazing, guess I'll just get it done elsewhere! Crap Experience! Ortho wants to control the full customer cycle which is understandable - this certainly IMPEEDS THAT PROCESS!

I had a very poor and hostile experience here today. This was my first MRI, I have a wrist injury. As soon as I walked in the door, the lady at the front desk literally raised her voice at me questioning why I didn’t arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment. Nobody told me I had to. She said they sent it with the appointment confirmation. I showed her the confirmation and there was no mention of arriving early to my appointment. She then started rushing me through intake forms, saying my appointment is going to be canceled if I don’t get them done within 5 minutes. I don’t even know if everything on there is correct information, she was rushing me so much. I have a lot of health anxiety, so this was a very startling experience as soon as I opened the door. The whole lobby was staring at me. The person giving the MRI gave 0 information or instructions so it was extremely confusing and had to be redone because I moved slightly. The whole experience made me feel terrible and stupid, even though it was your lack of communication with me. I do not recommend this place, especially if you’re an anxious person like me.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I only discovered that my appointment had been canceled after arriving at the office and making a long drive. I was not notified in advance, which caused significant inconvenience. I was told the cancellation was related to an administrative form. After contacting my insurance provider and resolving the issue, I called the office to confirm everything was in order and was told the front desk receptionist would return my call, but I never received a follow-up. As a result, I lost my original appointment and had to wait an additional two days to reschedule, only to be pushed further out. I also experienced repeated communication issues — phone calls were not answered, voicemails were not returned, and requests for call-backs went unanswered. Overall, the lack of communication and poor customer service made this experience extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I hope management addresses these issues to improve patient experience and responsiveness. PS i dont know how thet're rated 4.6 on google (i'd give them 0 stars if i could)
