Unethical, deceptive, and potentially illegal practices at Regus! I am absolutely disgusted by my experience with Regus. I rented an office for only 3 months, never hung anything on the walls, and left the space in the exact condition I received it — yet I was hit with a $455 “redecoration fee.” To make matters worse, the bill wasn’t even itemized — no explanation, no breakdown, just a random charge. When I moved in, the office already had holes in the wall and clearly needed fresh paint from the previous tenant. I requested that Regus repair or repaint the office before I moved in, and they flatly refused. Now they’re attempting to charge me for “redecoration” that was clearly neglected long before I arrived. This kind of behavior is not only unethical — it could also violate consumer protection laws against deceptive and unfair business practices. Charging tenants for work that was never performed, or for damage they didn’t cause, is dishonest and borderline fraudulent. Regus presents itself as a professional workspace company, but this experience shows the exact opposite. They rely on hidden fees, vague invoices, and intimidation tactics to squeeze money out of honest customers. If you’re considering renting from Regus, please don’t. Document every single thing, take photos before you move in, and know your rights. There are plenty of coworking providers out there who don’t engage in these scammy practices. Edit; I emailed Lorraine and she didn’t even respond back. And now I have to fight to get my retainer back. I absolutely hate this place.

The office managers Lisa and Eunice are always helpful. Also, I truly appreciate the clean and quiet atmosphere that's maintained on a daily basis. Keep up the excellent work, ladies!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • To truly understand what Regus - Quantico Corporate has to offer, we recommend scheduling a tour to get a firsthand feel of the environment and amenities. Fill out this form to let us know the date and time that works for you, and we'll be happy to show you around.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Regus - Quantico Corporate operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.
