I own a commercial cleaning company for 10yrs now I do have an office in my Columbia SC location but in Roanoke I’ve been using my home office just fine so far. Due to a recent local big contract with the City I have decided to get an office location in Roanoke but to start with i needed a short term space for my interviews as I have to hire about 20 people. They denied me at this place stating another cleaning business currently renting a desk and it would be “Conflict of Interest” for them to rent me a space. By the time they get back to me I’ve already arranged another Co-working space anyway but still their reasoning is disappointing. They need to state this Policy “Two Similar Businesses Are Not Allowed To Rent Space” on their website as well as in Person when you go to get information about the location. Their website has very limited information compared to other co-working locations, no pricing available, you can not book anything online. I appreciate their time though.

This is a fantastic place to work! Good people, collegial atmosphere, and a stunning professional space. Conference rooms wired for tech. Better pricing than similar spaces I have seen with less amenities. The Williamson doesn't just support your business, it seeks to foster it. I highly recommend it!

Whilst visiting Roanoke we needed to take an important call and used the Williamson Co-working office space. The staff were super friendly and helped us get checked in and setup quickly, the space has a great variety of rooms and desks. The space is clean, and spacious. We would highly recommend using their facilities for your Co-working needs in Roanoke.
