I liked the apartment itself but not management or lack of safety in the location. Out of respect for the time I spent here, I won’t say anything else.

I’m a resident at The bakery and currently they just offer you an open parking lot for $25 a month. Every single weekend non-residents throw a party at the open parking lot with loud music. They say they have a towing company working for them but those are never here. You have no one to call and ask for help. So before moving here know that you will not sleep Friday to Sunday and you will share the parking lot with other cars playing loud music right in front your apartment.

Former resident who lived at the apartment from June 2025 - June 2026. Excellent variety of floor plans to choose from with huge windows that allow for tons of natural light. The unit I had faced the pool which illuminated different colors at night. Speaking of the pool, it was well maintained. I think someone comes out 1-2 weekly, during the summer, to clean. Housekeeping would maintain the area as well. The property as a whole was very clean and tidy. There is an attached, covered, app controlled parking garage. There is also two surface parking lots as well. Great community as well. The property manager, Cristal, puts on events almost monthly. Some events include breakfast, halloween costume contest, wreath making for Christmas and build your own bouquet. Some of the events even had prizes like gift cards, wine baskets and summer essentials. There is a community room that can be rented for private events. The property manager makes sure to send emails out before private events so that other residents know the space is occupied and unavailable while in use. There is a rooftop dog park and golf simulator room as well. Any issues that arose, management would send emails and text messages to residents to make sure we were aware. There is also a courtesy officer that patrols nightly. I cannot recommend this place enough! I loved the building as a whole, my individual unit, the pool, community room and the location.

Reached out multiple times via email from their site never got a response was looking to submit an application. This is unacceptable

2

Nice property, but I reached out multiple times via email. I even went to their site and pressed the "contact us" button and submitted my questions. I was looking to submit and appplication, but no one has yet to reach back to me. It's been over a week, which I think is very unreasonable and I couldn't imagine living here anymore

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with HQ, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • At VA, Richmond - N 17th St, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
