No. 303 is hands down our favorite venue to work with! With planning teams in both NC and VA we see a lot of venues, but No. 303 is truly our favorite. Not only is the space beautiful, but the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the food is amazing! We would work here every single weekend if we could! 100% recommend.
My staff and I love having memberships at 303! The coworking spaces are great, the food and drinks are delicious, and the staff is sweet. We also enjoy the member events. 10/10 recommend.
This place is a social club that isn't very social. The staff is nice. But, it's hard to justify spending about $190/month when the place is usually empty and the events they put on aren't packed. Also, they do have a restaurant. But, it's pricey. So unless you just want to waste money, it's not really worth it. It's just not enough going on to justify the cost.
Warning to everyone: 303 West Broad is the same operation that used to be Common House Richmond. They are desperately trying to rebrand and distance themselves from the disaster in Charlottesville. We paid over $5,000 deposit for our September 2026 wedding welcome drinks at Common House Charlottesville. That location mismanaged client money so badly they got evicted and shut down overnight. Now they’ve gone completely dark: our signed contract and all documents in the guest portal have been deleted, emails are bouncing back, and we can’t get any human response — just silence and generic templates. Meanwhile, they’re actively deleting negative comments on Instagram across all their accounts to hide what’s happening. This is disgusting, shady behavior. They took our money, ran the business into the ground, and are now ghosting customers while trying to pretend it’s a “fresh new club.” Brides, event planners, and members — stay far away. Do not trust these people with your deposit or your event. They are unprofessional, incompetent, and have zero accountability. Learn from our nightmare before you end up in the same situation.
We had our wedding at Common House a few weeks back in November and it was perfect! The Common House staff are incredible. Liz and Alize were so helpful throughout our wedding planning process; they answered emails promptly, were flexible when we made changes to timelines, had strong attention to detail, and were overall a joy to work with. The staff on the day of our wedding were all so kind and attentive as well! Our guests kept remarking on how nice everyone was towards them. Our food was amazing - it all tasted fresh, warm, and exactly how it was at our tasting - as were our signature cocktails and other drink selections. Common House was also attentive to our guests who had food allergies/dietary restrictions and made sure they were accommodated too - a few of them thanked us specifically for having those options available. The venue itself was perfect for what we wanted on our wedding day! Common House’s location can’t be beat and it is a great value for what is included in the rental. We were able to achieve the autumnal dinner party wedding of our dreams and can’t thank the Common House team enough!
