First off: the front desk is excellent. No fault with the service. Corporate on the other hand are another story. Stay away from Regus properties. They bait/switch and don't live up to their bargain, and good luck getting someone from corporate to respond.

I haven’t had so many problems before and I’m paying want more then I wanted I just got off a phone call and I don’t have service here. I can’t get any help when I want it and then I get every spam email. I have a membership but I really need Internet connection that’s reliable and I need a good spot that I can work in. My account is messed up and I’m pretty sure I’m paying a membership I didn’t need and now I can’t get it taken off.

I was trying to get a office here and be really happy and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone on the phone and I looking at the reviews and I don’t have time for someone that’s not going to pick up the phone or answer the email.

I had been here for like 1 week and I didn’t see my account and it’s been pretty hard to get everything set up. I been asking where mail would be sent and front desk and emails aren’t getting sent out. I can’t do it here this is a wreaking wall.

I would not recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable support. The sales process was smooth and everything sounded great, but once I signed, the follow-through was completely different. Getting clear answers has been a constant struggle, and instead of solutions, I’ve mostly gotten delays and excuses. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a service that comes with promises but not with the support or delivery needed to actually make use of it.
