Without a doubt the worst service I have had in my personal or professional experience. The two stars are because the space itself is adequate, the in-office staff are friendly, and the location is excellent. But if you EVER have any reason to interact with Regus corporate, prepare to lose months of your life. They do not have a functioning billing system. They will charge you clean up fees for offices you never occupied. They will bill you incorrectly and then not fix it for MONTHS. After they acknowledge this mistake, they will be incapable of issuing a refund. You might think these are basic attributes any billing management system could support? I would. Be very careful before you give Regus your credit card, you just never know what they'll do with it. Edit: Since I can't reply to the below comment. To anybody reading this in the future, who might read that comment and think I haven't tried contacting the help desk: I have been in phone and email contact with the Regus "city manager" for the duration of this saga and they continue to be unhelpful.

I was in a pinch after being stranded in Reston for two days due to the snowstorm. My Airbnb options were slim and not conducive for an out of towner needing work. After searching, it was difficult to find a day pass for a cowork space. I found the ad for Regus online and called the number. Gretchen was so kind to offer a complimentary space for the day without having to get a membership. I got to see what Regus offers and it's definitely something I'd call comfortable and clean. I noticed different office layouts that varied which seemed to address customer needs fine and the kitchen area was inviting also. The front desk staff were friendly and informative. I recommend this space.
