This is the worst coworking space in all of Hampton Roads. AC/Heat don't work, roof always leaking, toilets leaking, clogged, elevator dont work. Changed the contract terms. They want two months rent in advance and charge a late fee the future month that has not occurred yet. They have an AI chat bot for customer service and am AI person Sam Davis as your account manager with a headshot no less. You cannot get a hold of anyone once you are sign a lease with them. But they are available 24/7 for new sales inquiry. This place is complete trash. Save you time and money, their are many locally owned co-working spaces in the area.

Ask for a copy of my contract and the cancellation policy and has yet to receive. They have changed the lease agreement and are now charging an extra months rent in advance (so you pay make your payment for the next coming month or they charge a late fee) when that was not a part of my original co tract. I paid my current month's and they are still adding fees. If you call to talk to anyone you can't get anyone. But if you request information to get a space someone would reach out to you on a Sunday. I had left Regus a long time ago. If I knew they would take over this space I wouldn't even bother.
