Our company, McCoy Valuation, has been using office space at OSS since 2018, expanding a number of times with larger and more spaces. First, the location is excellent - in the highest quality office building in Norfolk, with excellent Class A amenities such as garage parking, banking, restaurant all in the building. OSS offers users various first class conference rooms (large and small), a receptionist for your business, excellent break room, high quality web access, copier/scanners, and more. I find the atmosphere to be very sophisticated and oriented to upscale businesses such as attorneys, finance and real estate - which is a different vibe than more casual shared space arrangements. Finally, the people are awesome! There is a good network of other business people here plus a great support staff at OSS. I highly recommend them! Tom McCoy, MAI McCoy Valuation

I have a client of Office Space Solution, the Virginia Beach Location for a close of 1.5 years. I love the ability to use the conference rooms which are state of the art. Their conference rooms help deliver a high level of professionalism to my meetings with my clients. I appreciate the staff letting me know about my mail. The staff is great and very helpful. I recommend to all business people who need a virtual office or an executive suite where all you need to do is to move in. Give them a shot, and ask for Steve. He will take care of you. He has taken care of me.
