Jackie’s attitude made it very clear that certain customers are treated differently based on bias, which is both hurtful, unethical & discriminating!!! Where I expected professionalism and respect, I was instead met with hostility and prejudice.. It's deeply disappointing and disgusting to see this kind of behavior still happening in 2025, and it speaks volumes about the business if this is tolerated. -5 stars if I could.

Our experience with Jackie was unacceptable. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in. She refused to explain anything or have a basic conversation, only demanding payment without providing any details or clarity. When we asked questions, she became aggressive and eventually kicked us out of the office. Her behavior felt not only unprofessional but also racially biased. No one deserves to be treated this way. Avoid dealing with her if you expect basic respect and communication.

My experience with Jackie was completely unacceptable. She demonstrated shockingly unprofessional behavior—walking around barefoot in a professional setting, refusing to engage in any meaningful conversation, and literally slamming doors instead of resolving issues like a responsible adult. Even more disturbing was the clear presence of racial bias in her actions. Her behavior wasn’t just rude—it was blatantly discriminatory and offensive. Rather than showing any willingness to communicate or de-escalate the situation, she chose to kick us out and shut the door in our faces, showing zero respect or accountability. This kind of conduct has no place in any workplace, especially one that deals with the public. Jackie’s attitude and actions were not only unprofessional, but downright hostile. I strongly recommend that whoever is responsible for overseeing Jackie’s conduct take immediate action. No one should have to experience the kind of treatment we did.

If I could give a zero that would be the rating I would choose. Living in a property owned by Tower Park Management has been the worst living experience I have ever had. I could go on and on all night about the problems I have had with this company but they could care less about their tenants as long as they collect the rent checks.

This is just another shady property management company. Don’t waste your time or money dealing with them. I moved into one of their properties and the woman Maggie who worked in the office when I applied was no longer working there by the time I moved in. There’s two women Jamelle (could be spelling that wrong) and Madison in there now. Almost two weeks after moving in I get a notice from the regional property manager Tracy about a balance so I called and Madison said it was a $300 amenities fee that I was never told about and was not in any documentation I signed. All she kept saying was “I’m sorry.” I tried speaking with Jamelle about it as well and she was extremely unprofessional as well and blamed all of this on Maggie. And this wasn’t the only fee they tried springing on me. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company like the plague because if you don’t know your rights they will try to get over on you.
