My team and I have been leasing our office from TKO Suites in Tysons for about a year now and we could not be more pleased. Rebecca from TKO made the process of getting our lease very easy and helped us meet all our needs. Sandy took over with us after Rebecca and has been amazing from the start. They provide us with a very clean environment that is maintained daily. The front staff is always very friendly and accommodating to us and our clients. Our clients always feel welcomed as soon as they step out of the elevator to the nice, up to date, lobby and waiting room. They also provide us with an amazing conference room for large meetings and a smaller one for more private meetings.The bathrooms are the most updated in the building and the Kitchen is always clean from the inside of the fridge to the countertops and dining area. One of the best parts is how convenient the parking is. If you know Tysons, you know what a pain it can be with parking garages when you are visiting an office. TKO provides us easy parking right out front of the building. I would highly recommend leasing with TKO suites. I have rented other office spaces in the past, and it has never been so easy.

I've been renting an office space here at Tysons Corner for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Tysons Corner, making it incredibly convenient for meetings, dining, and commuting. The management team is truly exceptional. They are always ready to assist with any concerns or needs I might have, ensuring that the workspace remains comfortable and conducive to productivity. As a small GovCon company, TKO Suites has supported all our office needs. What a great fully furnished facility that invites an atmosphere for staff collaboration and client execution. The added addition is the location. Easily positioned on Jones Branch Road in Tysons, you can get to the highway within a minute or one turn. Hats off to the staff and site manager Sandy who supports all our office needs.
