Easy to work with coworking space.

I have rented here for 3 months this year and 3 months in 2021. The experience is mediocre. The price is excellent. I’ve been I suite B this summer. Last summer my experience was very good. Quiet space to get my work done. This summer my experience has been the complete opposite. Getting maintenance in suite B has been absolutely abysmal. Between July 4th and September 1st, the AC has worked for 1 week. I sent many emails and made several phone calls. I’ve seen maintenance here several times and the excuse is always that they’re swamped. They aren’t even waiting on parts. I’m not entirely sure where the disconnect is since momentum doesn’t own the building. Generally pretty dissatisfied with my experience.

Renovated building at 12th and federal st. Roomy and a modern interior. Seems to be a good place to meet and get work done.
Please reach out to Momentum for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Momentum.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Momentum, who is more than happy to help out.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
