I am leaving a review for the excellent customer service staff at Metro Offices in Herndon. They were immediately responsive and helpful -- super friendly and professional. Brinna was especially great, pleasant, accommodating, and quick to return emails. It was easy to set up the leased space, and the offices are clean and modern. Although I had contacted a few similar companies, I highly recommend Metro Offices for the best experience.

I have been a client of Metro Office Farragut since 2018 and truly have no complaints. This is entirely due to Carl, the manager, who is always available to answer any question or handle any situation from the simple to the complex. And always with a smile and kind word, all while balancing the needs of running the office and being there for the other Farragut Metro Office tenants and clients. The care that he provides has made my experience at Metro office truly five star!

We have been renting the metro office for a year now. Before we moved to the Herndon metro office we were renting an office from a well known rental office company and our experience was horrible to say the least! Our experience with the Herndon Metro office has been markedly different. The building is well run by Kathryn who's doing a fantastic job. Her staff is very professional and courteous, the building is extremely clean and well kept. Amenities like coffee and tea are provided for free. They also have a state of the art gym. You can't go wrong on Peloton bikes and treadmills!!! There's no price gouging for printing or scanning documents. I highly recommend this Herndon metro office. If there was a seven star rating available I would have given them.

We looked at options in the area and decided on the Hendon location. It was a better value than the competitors. Ben and Annelise guided us through detailed requirements; they have been so much help. The space is very professional. It is a good blend of modern corporate with sober clean shared areas and without exaggerating the open office concept. We are very happy with the choice, and highly recommend the location.
