Regus and International Workplace Group plc are the worst office rental companies in the USA. They have been dishonest and unreliable in their dealings with me. They promised me a refund, and I even have evidence, yet for more than 3 months they have continued making promises without taking any action. Every day they assured me by email that the refund would be processed, but unfortunately, they never followed through. This lack of follow-through is misleading, unprofessional, and unacceptable. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an office rental company in the USA. If no action is taken, I will have no choice but to pursue the matter through small claims court.

I have been renting here since I started my business in 2019. It is a wonderful and professional office space and the staff are exemplary. All the amenities that are needed to run a professional office for your clients is available here. Kudos to Candice Johnson who is a professional at what she does which is managing the front desk. She is always there for me for anything I need. I highly recommend Regus for your business space needs.

Outstanding staff - we stay because the staff really knows how to make business easier for us. We have expanded outside the area but will never leave this center. The facilities are clean, always presentable, and never had issues booking meeting space. Highly recommend it because of their staff.

The staff/ front desk is always SO helpful and makes having a satellite office easy. Highly recommend the Regus - Dulles office. I wouldn't trust our business anywhere else.

First, we were looking for office space temporarily for approximately 6 months. Regus was the perfect fit for our situation. I loved it at Regus and wish we could have stayed there forever! I base this statement on the fact that Candice and Jess made our stay at Regus such a pleasure. Their expertise, knowledge, and willingness to help are impeccable. If we ever had a question, they were right there with the answer! All of them have been so patient, kind, and helpful to us even when all 12 of our crew guys had to come into the office at times. In addition, the building is impeccably kept both inside and outside. The courtyard is beautiful, and in warmer weather, you can sit outside while you Work and enjoy all of the wildlife (deer, golden breast hawks, birds, an owl), it is so lovely! With that said, the “only” reason we didn’t stay was that our boss bought an office building in Sterling, VA.  I would recommend Regus to anyone I know who needs office space, and I know that they will be well taken care of with the wonderful staff, Candice and Jess, they have in place at Regus.
