Impossible to contact someone regarding billing issues. I’ve been being charged for over a year on a contract that was terminated. The invoice sent has no contact information on it. When I call the number of google business page. It just rings there isn’t even a voicemail.

The staff has always been prompt and courtesy. Other Regus offices I have dealt with didn't have coverage at the front desk often, and acted like any request I had was a bother. I really enjoyed with with the Glen Allen location.

I was at this location for 13 years and the customer service and amenities have gotten progressively worse. It came to a head when my work phone did not work for around a month and Regus did nothing to help with the VOIP provider. This was enough for me to leave but Regus would not let me out of the remainder of the license agreement so I kept the office to allow for a mail transition and to make a slow move to my new office. While still paying rent I found my office had been redecorated and several of my belongings removed. Instead of taking any responsibility, the center staff and management passed the buck and acted as if I were the unreasonable one. I would never recommend Regus moving forward after this experience.

Nightmare! I signed a 6 month lease and didn't realize it auto -renewed after 3 months. You need to give a 90 day notice for it not to roll over for another full 6 months. In addition to that they had given me a 30% discount for the first term and when it auto renewed they removed that discount since I was already locked in. My rent went up from $650 to over $800. Also, the third floor was always warm, especially during the weekend. The office staff is impossible to get a hold of.
