I work with a very unique population- nonspeaking/minimally speaking autistic and neurodivergent individuals. Historically, companies serving these populations have been discriminated against when it comes to leasing office space BUT Gather of Short Pump has been absolutely amazing! I have been here for 3 years and my clients, their families, and I have felt so comfortable and safe here! The relaxed and friendly environment provides my clients the opportunity to be authentically themselves and I truly couldn't ask for anything more. We love Gather of Short Pump! Thank you for making it possible for me to serve this community/population!

Empathetic Community Leadership: Taylor has a remarkable ability to read the energy of the room, using her deep empathy to anticipate member needs before they are voiced. By fostering a culture of belonging and genuine support, she has transformed Gather into more than just a workspace—it is a thriving, high-retention community. Curiosity-Driven Problem Solving: Rather than simply maintaining the status quo, Taylor approaches every operational challenge with a "why" and a "how can we do this better?" mindset. Her natural curiosity has led to the implementation of more efficient workflows and creative programming that keeps the space vibrant and relevant. Strategic Readiness for Growth: Having mastered the daily complexities of office management with poise and emotional intelligence, Taylor has demonstrated that she is operating well above her current remit. She is more than ready to take on expanded responsibilities, such as multi-site oversight or high-level strategic planning, BD to further drive Gather’s success.

Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Gather may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
