Terrible billing practices and even worse communication. Also, note that there are legitimate office spaces for rent in the exact same building for a third of the cost of Regus.

I’ve been renting an office at HQ at Southern Gateway for about two years now, and I can confidently say it’s been a great experience. The offices are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The work environment is quiet and professional — something I really appreciate after coming from a noisy, unorganized workspace. The shared areas, like the kitchen, are always spotless and well stocked, thanks to Denise at the front desk. She’s always pleasant, professional, and makes sure everything stays tidy and running smoothly. Any issues I’ve had were addressed promptly and efficiently. The building is located a bit behind the main road, which can occasionally make it tricky for new clients to find, but it’s worth it for the peaceful atmosphere and ample parking. I’ve never had any issues with billing or invoices, and I hope that continues. Overall, HQ has been a great fit for my business — the professional setting has truly helped my company grow. I highly recommend HQ at Southern Gateway to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and professional workspace. Thank you, HQ, for maintaining such a great environment!

Coming from a nearby co-working space, I learned what's important in an office space the hard way. With that, I'm very impressed with HQ. My office is bigger and way less expensive than any other option around, PLUS it is incredibly quiet and distraction-free. What I really like is that there was a miscommunication with my contract, and they went above and beyond to make it right.

Absolutely ZERO STARS but had to post 1 star in order to post. Am Longtime regus customer at another location--Issues: 1. moved opening date without informing me first. 2. every month (and I was monthly tenant-who stayed 2.5 mos) there were accounting issues. 3. Accounting credits were slow to post to account.
