I had a bad experience with this apartment regarding my deposit. I signed a lease based on the original price, but later they added extra charges that were not clearly explained. We decided to cancel the lease before moving in, but they still refused to refund our deposit. The communication was unclear and the situation felt unfair. I would advise others to look for other apartments.

As a new resident, not only do I find the community safe, convenient, well- maintained- there are also a myriad of additional benefits: opportunities to meet other residents and find a home. Organized walks, NFL viewing, pumpkin painting along with the great food delivery opportunities- well- done and highly recommend.

I’ve lived at other Silver Collection locations and this is by far THE BEST. I truly feel like I’m living that “resort” lifestyle every single day. I grab an espresso every morning at the clubhouse on my way to work and there’s always a great spread of breakfast to choose from! There are constantly events, celebrations, recognitions, food trucks - you name it! The staff is absolutely wonderful. Maintenance has never been less than 10/10 for me. A gated community is always a plus but having security patrolling at night - it’s safe, it’s quiet! I cannot hear a peep unless I am right next to my front door and catch some passing chatter in the hallway. Wall to wall, this is one of the most quiet units I’ve lived in over the years. It’s convenient because I work close, but I stay because of how well kept the complex is and how much pride and care is put into the “extra curriculars” of Silver Collection at CDSP!

If you love loud places, where people didn't clean up after their animals, where the staff don't address complaints and where everyone is rude then this is the place for you! And the noise continues! Staff does nothing! Don't live here! Constant noise and partying. Not a peaceful place. Like a frat house. Management doesn't do a damn thing. They could care less. Seriously, DO NOT LIVE HERE! IT SUCKS!!! I can backup my complaints with proof. Too loud!!! Living in Afghanistan and around war zones was quieter than this!
