My overall experience at Silver Collection at Carl D was positive. Amber from the leasing office was always incredibly responsive and warm-hearted, and Ryan brought a lot of fun and energy to the community through the resident events. One suggestion for future residents: if you’re sensitive to noise, I’d recommend avoiding units located directly above the garage.

I will say that the events here are very generous. This morning's breakfast was fantastic. Thank you to everyone who made this a great and tasty morning! Going to downgrade to 3 stars because they don't enforce any rules here at all! People don't clean up after their pets and the place sticks of steaming dog sh*t. Very loud parties around the pool and clubhouse and onsite after hours security doesn't even answer the phone when you call them to complain. They don't do anything to address real concerns! Stay away, overpriced for all this.

I had a bad experience with this apartment regarding my deposit. I signed a lease based on the original price, but later they added extra charges that were not clearly explained. We decided to cancel the lease before moving in, but they still refused to refund our deposit. The communication was unclear and the situation felt unfair. I would advise others to look for other apartments.

As a new resident, not only do I find the community safe, convenient, well- maintained- there are also a myriad of additional benefits: opportunities to meet other residents and find a home. Organized walks, NFL viewing, pumpkin painting along with the great food delivery opportunities- well- done and highly recommend.
