Stay away from this place, they are not transparent about the fees, they acknowledged not informed me and then trying to get me to sign a longer lease to waive them, which is not true. Make sure you read through everything before signing because they are not honest.

Since I Have at Willow oaks, Fairfax va, I am extremely satisfied with the facility as well as customer service . These 5 stars should go Ms Grace who has helped me beyond expectation. I will keep on going to this location and no where else .

Please don't be fooled by the fancy place!! The "sales rep that signed me up promised me the world and then told me you signed, deal with it!! His name was Nick but I found out that he doesn't work there anymore. Probably because he's a lier. The internet service never worked for me, even though I had the "Best" corner office. Still always had to use my hot spot on my phone, in the "Best Office". Luckily I really don't use my office but it made it that more frustrating when I'm paying $1100 a month and the internet doesn't work!! There are soooo many other options out there that are way less so, unless you're just trying to impress your clients with location this place is not worth half of what they want you to pay!! The only person in the place that is worth anything is Grace, who is in charge of the day to day operations. If it wasn't for her I would of been on the internet months ago telling everyone to stay clear of this place!! Please don't be fooled by the address!! It's sub-par!!
