Excellent office building with a great location and plenty of parking.

Sadly I cannot recommend this place. Our relationship and time with them has been VERY painful and looks to be ending on an all-time low. They do NOT truly care about their clients past you signing the lease at which time they will "default to corporate policy" at every turn. 2 examples. Example 1: I had my wallet stolen on the property, and due to having multiple credit cards stolen (that were shutdown) I mistakenly did not get the card updated on the payment portal before it auto paid the monthly lease and bounced. As soon as I was notified I updated the payment portal, but they immediately hit me with a fee (over $100). I asked for an exception considering the circumstances (especially my wallet being stolen in the building) but they refused. Example 2: I had multiple conversations with Georgina, regarding my need if possible to reduce my lease due to outgrowing the office space and needing to relocate - they were not willing to be flexible even if they found a new tenant to take my space. That part was someone understandable, and I resigned to paying through the month of August which was the end of our lease. On June 1, roughly 90 days before my lease was going to end, I received notification that my lease had "Auto-renewed" for an additional year. Locking me in for not 3 more months but a total of 15 months. This happened on a weekend. I immediately emailed Jose (one of the floor managers) and asked this to be fixed as I was completely unaware of the auto-extension policy. They did reduce it but they added a month (the month of September) and said there was no flexibility since I was 1 day late on notifying them despite the end and start of the month happening over a weekend AND me being unaware of the auto lease renewal policy. Important - I had multiple conversations regarding my desire to end my lease early, and yet not once was the auto-renewal policy mentioned. Also I apparently missed some notification about it, but not once did they ever personally notify me despite me seeing these folks every day as I enter my office space. My only option they say was to go into my portal prior to the 90 day mark and cancel the auto extension policy that I did not know existed. Frustrating does not begin to explain the experience I have had, and these are only 2 examples of their corporate policy creating a terrible customer experience. The total lack of empathy, understanding, personal-care, and willingness to work toward win-win solutions is appalling and shows the worst of the ugliness that corporations can become. If by chance you choose this place for your office, watch your back at every turn or you will likely be screwed as I have been.

Ripping off people. Paid off 12 months rent, they keep sending me invoices, i hope i will het my deposit back. No phone numbers to speak with a responsible person at entire company. ( don’t act like you are trying to solve the issue, check your system and see how many cases we created and escalated! ) regus guy I am telling you!
