We rented office space here for over 6 years but have become completely dissatisfied with staff, services, appearance of the building, and upkeep over the past year. While there have been staff errors made, the fact that staff have been completely dishonest and refuse to admit to mistakes or take accountability is completely unacceptable. They are losing multiple long-term clients and could care less. I have gone to district managers and they discounted my concerns. The building is now looking tired and outdated. I have had issues with my account and had no one was able to fix them. It was repeatedly an issue and staff was clueless to fix it. It is disappointing we had to change locations due to poor staffing and deteriorating space.

I had a bead experience here with the staff. Not anything internal but external . If you fall sick or ill and can’t continue to pay there is no options No help, no nothing to do but continue to get harassed. I became sickly and could not continue my business and Regus could care less. I will further look into my Disability laws to see if there is something I can do to not be charged monthly for something I’m no longer using. It’s been almost one year and Regus is still charging me monthly so my debt is getting higher and higher for their gain….

10/10. Building is always clean & meetings rooms are always ready. Missing Mrs. Martha however Sinda is amazing, extremely professsional, always in a great mood & quick to assit.

I haven't had a customer-service experience like this in a long time. Top notch across the board. Beautiful space and a responsive, knowledgeable staff, headed up by a charming and professional office manager named Daniel, who also serves as the space's receptionist. He had me sold within 5 minutes.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member.
