From first day to last day, a terrible experience. I would write off all Regus locations as a result. They’ll take your money, but don’t expect anything in return. I had a lounge pass for several months and tried my best to make it work. It just doesn’t. Disorganized, unhelpful sales- and contract-obsessed shysters.

It's just okay. There's a refrigerator, couches, and pool table. There are closed-off cubicles and cubicles/desks out in the open. The tables are a bit small if you're a digital reporter setting up all of your audio equipment. I can't imagine a videographer having enough space to set up. It's conveniently by the metro and close to three eateries.

No no no, never this company again, better office options are available. They charge 4 months of rent ( 2 month deposit plus two month of rent just begging of the lease) welcome to Regus, we are going to rip you off!

I needed a place to work for a week, so I called them up and they said their 5 day per month plan for $231 would work perfectly. It turns out it was not perfect at all. It was my mistake not to read through the fine print, but they could have been straight forward specially about 2 things: 1. my 5 day week had one day in September and four days in October, so I had to pay $132 for one day in September on top of the $231 (my membership only started on October 1st). 2. When you cancel a membership it only gets cancelled a month after, so if you cancel Oct 1st, you still have to pay the month of November as well. So, the 5 days I needed did not end up being $231 like they had mentioned on the phone but it ended up being $132 for one day in September, $231 for 4 days in October and $231 for the membership for November (total of $594). I understand you need to read the fine print, but their sales people should be more open about their fees. If I say I need an office for 5 days next week, don’t tell me “our $231 plan is the perfect solution for that!”. Additionally, they charge for coffee (every single coffee you drink is invoiced at the end of the day) and on my last day the receptionist (whose mood went from friendly the first day to totally nasty on day five) told me with that I-am-the-boss-in-this-office-tone, I could not make phone calls in their business lounge, which by the way was completely empty. What kind of business lounge is that? I would never recommend this place. I had a much better experience later on at WeWork.
