Opportunistic and parasitic. If they can find a way to charge you more or bind you more to their contracts, they will. They operate as a sales organization. Everything is based on sales commissions and lock-ins, not on service or recurring business. Prepare to have your contract cited over and over and pay more than you expected or should. Opportunistic and parasitic. AVOID.

I booked a desk here on short notice while traveling for business, and Shanelle made the entire experience seamless. She guided me through the registration, helped me set up the booking app, then personally walked me to the workspace and pointed out every amenity. The office was spotless, quiet, and fully equipped, but Shanelle's warm professionalism is what stood out, its why I became a member. This location is clean, well designed and well managed. It has all elements for you to have a productive day. WiFi is also fast. Shanelle at reception is super friendly, even though this is not my home location, I felt right at home :)
